Short version: We collect what we need to run your property. We never sell your data. You can request deletion at any time.

1. Information We Collect

From Hosts: Name, email, phone, address, bank account details (via Stripe), property information, photos, access codes (encrypted), and communication preferences.

From Guests: Name, email, phone, booking dates, and messages sent through the platform. We process this on behalf of the host under our data processing agreement.

Automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and device identifiers for security and analytics.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active plus 3 years for tax and legal compliance. Booking records are retained for 7 years. You may request deletion of non-essential data at any time.

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access credentials (door codes, WiFi passwords) are encrypted before storage and only decrypted for authorized personnel. We conduct regular security audits.
