Questions we always get.

Are there any setup or onboarding fees?

None at all. Ospito charges zero setup fees, zero monthly software fees, and zero cancellation penalties. Our commission is only taken from actual bookings — if you don't earn, we don't earn.
What counts as "gross rental revenue"?

Gross rental revenue is the total nightly rate paid by the guest before Airbnb or VRBO service fees are deducted. Cleaning fees collected from guests are not included in our commission calculation.
Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. The Starter plan is completely commitment-free — cancel with 30 days notice, no questions asked. Growth plans have a 90-day notice period. Portfolio plans are negotiated individually.
Do I still own my Airbnb listing?

Always. We manage your existing listings — we never take ownership of your accounts. If you ever leave Ospito, you walk away with your listing history, reviews, and Superhost status fully intact.
What cities do you currently operate in?
