Bookings Flow In
Homie drafts answers to common guest questions — check-in steps, WiFi, house rules, local tips — and brings you in for anything that needs your decision, like a late checkout or a refund. You read and send the drafts; automatic replies can be switched on later. Once a cleaner is assigned, cleaning jobs are created for bookings that come through Beds24. Homie suggests rate changes and you approve them.
