Who qualifies

Any property owner with a US STR that is or could be listed on Airbnb/VRBO. Must be in one of our active markets: Austin, Nashville, Denver (more coming Q3).

$500 paid via bank transfer or Stripe on the 10th of the month following your referral's first complete calendar month of management.

Can I refer someone I don't personally know?›

Yes — your link is shareable publicly. Post it in STR owner Facebook groups, Reddit, local real estate forums, wherever. As long as they sign up through your link and successfully onboard, you get $500.

What if my referral doesn't onboard immediately?›

Your link tracks referrals for 90 days. So if someone clicks your link today and signs up 2 months later, you still get the $500. No urgency needed.

Does my referral get any benefit?›

Yes — referred hosts get their first month's management fee waived (a $200–400 value depending on their property). It's a win-win. They save money, you earn $500.

Can I refer multiple properties owned by the same person?›

Yes! If someone owns 3 properties and brings all 3 to Ospito through your link, that's $1,500 for you. Each property counts as a separate referral.

Do I need to be a Ospito host to refer?›

Currently yes — the referral program is for existing Ospito hosts. We're planning to open a general affiliate program for non-hosts in Q3 2026.
