How long does it take to get set up?

Typically 48 hours from signup to fully live. Day 1 is your questionnaire and contract. Day 2 is our team visiting your property — photography, smart lock install, listing setup. By day 3 you're live on Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com with optimised pricing.
Do I lose control of my property?

Not at all. You retain full ownership and can see everything in your live dashboard — every booking, every message, every payout. You can block dates, set price floors, or pause listings any time. You just don't have to do any of the work.
What's the exact commission structure?

We charge 18–22% of gross booking revenue. The exact rate depends on your market, property type, and number of properties. There are no setup fees, no monthly minimums, and no hidden charges. Everything — photography, smart lock, permits, cleaning coordination — is included.
What if a guest damages something?

We document the property before and after every stay with photos. If damage occurs, we handle the claim process with the platform (Airbnb AirCover, VRBO's protection) on your behalf.
Can I still use my property personally?

Absolutely. Just block dates on your calendar in the dashboard — we'll adjust pricing around your personal usage automatically. Many of our hosts block 2–4 weeks per year for personal stays.
Is there a long-term contract?
